Vancouver The end of it all

http://museum.gov.ns.ca/mnh/nature/nhns/t7/t7-3.pdf

After visiting Halifax, Montreal, Edmonton and Yellowknife it is time for the last city on my road trip and that is Vancouver.

We got to Vancouver at around 10:30 p.m and we slept in the first hotel we found and got ready for the day ahead of us because we were going to watch team Canada face team America as they fight for gold

We woke up at 8:30 and got ready to watch team Canada kick team America's a**. i thought by waking up at 8:30 we could get there before the ruch but my dad forgot the speed limit for the third time in this trip and it held us back and by the time we got there it was packed but we still manged to get in, find our seats and get ready before the game got started but nothing could get us ready for what we saw. The game was close all the way through but in the 3rd period with 1 minute left Canada was up by one but America didn't give up and scored with less then a minute left and sent the game into over time but Sidney Crosby scored the game winning goal in over time to give Canada gold and every one in Canada happiness and boy did they express it everyone was screaming and jumping and it didn't end there everyone in Vancouver was outside it was just amazing and it didn't stop because after the hockey game there was he closing ceremony.

After the amazing game yesterday all we had to do today is walk outside because every one was outside a partying and that is exactly what we did for the rest of the day.

Thank your for reading my roadtrip around Canada i hope u had as much fun reading it as i did doing it and yes i did have burger king in Vancouver i just didn't right it up there.

In my trip around Canada i visited Halifax, Montreal and Edmonton and know it is time to see what Yellowknife has to offer.

So we arrive and i was expecting it to be some old school village but it is actually a city with hotels, amusement parks, museums and burger kings. We got to Yellowknife at around 11:30 and it took us a while to find a hotel because my dad didn't want to waste to much money on hotels he said the less we spend on a hotel the more we spend on other things and when we found one he was happy with we had breakfast at Embleton House Bed and Breakfast but we were eating i saw a computer and i wanted to check my facebook so i said i was going to the bathroom and went to the computer but i had to pay 2 dollars to use it and i didn, have any money on me so i just went back to the table and found them deciding were we were going to go, they all wanted to go to Aurora village and i didn't really have a choice if but it was ok because it was actually pretty sick i just went straight to the sliding hill and o baby it was awesome it was scary at first but then it was just amazing i spent the rest of the day there then before we left the light filled with lights at first i thought it was something like fireworks but then some guy said the were arctic lights and then we ate at Leisure Café and went home for the night.

On the second day we woke up a little late at around 11:30 but we still had a day to go and we started it of by going to Embleton House Bed and Breakfast again and boy did we eat we stayed there for 45 minutes stuffing our face but after we were done we went to Yellowknife Outdoor Adventures witch is a tour of the outdoors of Yellowknife and it was awesome our tour guide was carols and he made us feel like we were experts at pike fishing and a whole load of other things, after the tour we stayed around and went for another round of pike fishing , we spent the rest of the day on the water then we went to burger king and went home.

That was my trip in Yellowknife there is still one more city on the trip and that is Vancouver thank you for reading have a good day.

After visiting Halifax and Montreal and now it is time Edmonton and boy am i excited to see what it has to offer it should be good.

So we get to Edmonton at around 8:30 and my baby brother was sleeping and pees all over the chair of the Rolls Royce it was terrible i almost cried but thankfully he was on a baby chair and it didn't totally wet the chair but it slew us up and we lost half an hour to clean it up get back on track and fined a hotel to sleep later on but at around 9:15 we went to Tim Hortons and got ourselves something to eat and decide were we were going to spend the rest of the day and decided to go to the West Edmonton Mall.

So after we ate we head out for the mall but we got lost and it took us 1:45 minutes to find the mall and it was only 2 streets from the hotel but we took and extra turn and killed so much or our time and that got me really mad but when i saw the size of it i was so amazed i forgot what happened, it was amazing it had everything from an amusement park to a beach i mean what kind of a mall has a beach in it! it even had had a petting zoo, seal/dolphins show and probably a lot mor that i didn't see. We stayed in the mall for the rest of the day i didn't really stay with my family i walked around by myself and when i met up with them to go home i found out they lost my brother and the wasted so much of there time looking for him, i started to laugh and my mom got mad at me and that was my first day in Edmonton.

After getting some sleep we were heading back to the mall but this time we were going to Galaxy land and World Waterpark.

First we had breakfast at Cora Breakfast and Lunch witch was surprisingly better then i expected but we didnt really spent to much time eating we were ready for the world water park but it was delayed a little because my dad stepped on the gas a little to hard and the cops pulled him over for speeding (again) but come on u have to speed up a little if you are driving a Rolls Royce but after we ot things cleared we got things going we headed straight for the park and had hell of a time the water park had every water ride i could think of and Galaxy land had Every ride i could think of and i topped of the day with a whopper from Burger King.

That was my stay in Edmonton thanks for reading and there are still two more blogs to go (Yellowknife and Vancouver).

Day 1

So after staying 2 days and1 in Halifax night we arrived in Montreal at around 6:45 A.M and started looking for a hotel to unload our stuff and leave to explore Montreal.

After we dropped of our things in the hotel and got something to eat we went to Montreal's Biodome and started to argue about what section we were going to visit (we get along so good) but after a long argument we flipped a coin to see if it was going to be tropical forest or arctic and tropical forest won i wanted arctic but it is okay because tropical was really fun there it was like being in a rain forest there were trees everywhere and there where a whole load of cool animals i probably never would have seen if i didn't go to it, we stayed at the forest until around 4:30 and after that we went for lunch at a beautiful and mouth watering place called Burger king!!!! and after that we went to the Montreal Casino and i won i got a jackpot... just kidding we went La Ronde (amusement Park) and that is were we spent the rest of our day 1.

Day 2 Remove Formatting from selection

After a good night sleep we woke at around 9:30 and got ready to enjoy Montreal and our fist destination was old Montreal and i wasn't really holding my breath to see it but know that i have seen it i have to admit it was really cool.We took a tour around it started by a movie to explain the history and how it started, the movie said it started when Samuel de Champlain set up a fur trading post at Place Royale... i sort of zoned after that part but it was a very interesting movie and an even better place it was like living in the 80s but there were cars and it was just amazing. After the tour we walked around the city by ourselves and i saw something holy from a distance i saw the burger king sign it was the most beautiful thing i have ever see but my victory was short because as soon as i mentioned it everybody looked at me and said we arnt going again and we winded up eating at some place called Alexandre et fils witch is some french restaurant witch wasn't that bad (not as good a a whopper) and after we ate we ate at we went back to the hotel to pack up and hit the road.

Day One

After hours of driving we finally got to Halifax and we started looking for a decent place to eat i wanted to go to burger king but my sister said it is way ti fatty so we just went to the mandarin but we didn't stay to long because my mom wanted to go to Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and thats exactly where we were going before my dad passed the speed limit and got pulled over the cops and got a nice $500 fine but after that we went
straight to the museum. So we get to the museum and i walk in expecting to see a whole bunch of pictures and things like that but all i saw were boats everywhere. So after i got over the fact that i was in a boat museum i started looking around and i actually enjoyed my time there, it had allot of cool shipwrecks and they even had some things from the titanic and whole lot of other things but the time passed by so fast and after a bit they were closing and we were calling it a night but after we got to our car we remembered we didn't look for a hotel and we had to get up early tomorrow if we want to do everything we wanted to.After an hour of of searching we finally found a hotel we agreed on but by the time we got up to the room and got everything out of the car it was already 12:30 and we had to get up at 8:30

Day 2

After a sleepless night we were ready to explore Halifax and we started of by going to the Coastal Cafe and let me tell u they have some good stuff but there prices a sky high and my dad complained about it for the rest of the ride but after breakfast we went to point pleasant park witch was somewhat exciting and somewhat boring but i got to see some guy on roller blades hit a person on a bike and wipe out and the guy on the bike got up and started screaming at the other guy it was so great but i didn't get to see what happened after that because my mom didn't like the words he was using so we walked around the park for a bit longer then we went to McNab's Island were we spent the rest of the day hiking and we even went up to the light house, we spent the rest of the day on the Island and we went back to the hotel tired, hungry and smelly.

That was the first part of my journey around Canada i still have four city's to visit so come back to read more storys about my trip.
